Kristi has had pets for as long as she can remember and has always known from a very young age that she would one day work with animals. After moving to Australia in 2012, she decided to pursue this dream while also experiencing the Australian outback, working in cattle stations and horse studs and then finding her true passion working with dogs and cats. Kristi is very passionate about low stress handling and making your pets feel safe and loved.

An-li has always had a connection and love for animals. Having owned her own cat Chanel for over 16 years, she has depth understanding of their characteristics and appreciates the unconditional love and companionship they can bring to your life. She comes from a Hospitality Management background with over 15 years’ experience in customer service and creating memorable experiences for people. An-li then decided to combine her passion for animals and people, having a great belief that owning a pet can be extremely rewarding, she has a great focus on creating a safe space for pets and their owners.

Olivia was raised on a farm in a small town called Kendall on the Mid North Coast, she has always been surrounded by a surplus of animals; chickens, ducks, goats, cows, horses, dogs and an energetic Russian Blue cat called Teddy. She has always had a deep love for all animals and decided a career change was necessary to pursue her passion. Olivia has plans to study Animal Care and Veterinary Nursing.

Olivia joined our team in June 2024, working at Reception and at Balmain Cat Boarding. She endeavours to create an oasis of comfort for the cats in Boarding ensuring that every feline guest has an enjoyable and restful stay.
